A concrete frame left exposed and unlit by design — at night the building reads as pure structure against the city glow.
One idea. No decoration.
Plinth was founded in 2010 with a rule the studio still holds to: every building gets exactly one governing idea, and nothing goes into the design that doesn't serve it. No applied ornament, no gestures for their own sake.
That restraint is the whole method — fewer decisions, made more carefully, produce buildings that read clearly from a hundred meters away and still hold up at arm's length.
